The High Life- High School Art Exhibition
The High Life Art Exhibition returns for its fifth year as part of the Splatter Festival, celebrating the creativity, talent, and artistic vision of high school students throughout Alameda County.
This juried exhibition invites students ages 14 and older (grades 9–12) from public, private, charter, and art schools to showcase their work in a professional gallery setting. Artists may submit up to two original artworks in any 2D or 3D medium.
Selected artworks will be exhibited at the Dublin Wave , where visitors can explore the exhibition during public viewing hours. Awards will be presented for Best of Show and Honorable Mention, recognizing outstanding artistic achievement.
Entry Deadline: August 31, 2026 at 5:00pm

Scary Art Show
The Scary Art Show invites artists to explore the many faces of fear through their own creative vision. Whether inspired by personal experiences, social anxieties, folklore, the supernatural, or the unknown, this exhibition encourages artists to express what truly scares them.
From unsettling imagery to symbolic storytelling, we welcome artwork in all styles and mediums that captures the emotions, questions, and mysteries surrounding fear. Every piece offers a unique perspective, reminding us that what frightens one person may fascinate another. Each artist is able to submit three (3) pieces of art.
Entry Deadline: September 19th, 2026
Reception: October 24th, 6:00pm to 8:00pm , 2026, Costumes are encouraged!
Exhibition Dates: October 5th, 2026- October 30th, 2026
Abstract Figures
Abstract Figures is now on display as part of the Art Circuit Show. This exhibition celebrates the human figure through the lens of abstraction, showcasing a diverse collection of artworks that explore form, movement, gesture, and expression in unique and imaginative ways.
Featuring works by talented local artists, Abstract Figures invites visitors to experience a wide range of creative perspectives and discover how the human form can be transformed into powerful abstract expression.
We invite you to visit the exhibition at these participating local businesses, support local artists, and enjoy this inspiring collection on display throughout the Art Circuit.
